Your driver in London — from the arrivals hall to the day trips
Rushxo is the private car service for visitors to the UK. Book from any country before you fly, pay in pounds with any card, and when you walk out of customs at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or London City a licensed driver is already in the arrivals hall holding your name. The same fixed-fare cars take you to Windsor, Legoland, the Harry Potter studios, Bicester Village and the cruise ports at Southampton and Dover. The flight is tracked while you are in the air, 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included, and the price never changes with traffic or demand.

What visitors book us for

Airport meet & greet
A driver in the arrivals hall with your name, 60 minutes of waiting included, one fixed fare from any London airport to your hotel door.

Windsor Castle & Legoland
Windsor is 20–30 minutes from Heathrow. Do the castle in the morning and Legoland or the river in the afternoon; the driver waits or comes back for you.

Harry Potter Studio Tour
Door to door in 45–60 minutes from central London, timed to your tour slot, with no Euston train and shuttle to work out.

Bicester Village shopping
Shop without dragging bags onto a train. The car waits while you shop, then takes you to the airport or back to the hotel.

Cruise ports
Heathrow or Gatwick to Southampton, Dover, Portsmouth, Harwich or Tilbury, timed to embarkation, with space for cruise luggage.

A private driver for the day
A car and driver for a day of sights at a fixed price for the car, not per head — often cheaper than four bus tickets.

Heathrow layovers
Four hours or more between flights? Windsor is 25 minutes away, Kew 30, with a driver who brings you back in time.

Christmas & New Year
When the trains stop on 25 December, we run. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve transfers at fixed fares.
Start here if you are travelling from abroad
1. Find out which airport you land at
"London" is on the name of six airports, from 6 to 42 miles out. Heathrow takes almost all long-haul flights; Gatwick the transatlantic leisure carriers; Stansted and Luton the European low-cost airlines; London City the business routes. Which London airport am I landing at?
2. Sort your entry before you fly
Most visa-free visitors now need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before boarding. Then eGates or an officer, bags, customs, and out. UK ETA, eGates and what the border is really like.
3. Book the car with your flight number
No time-zone maths. We work from your scheduled landing, track the aircraft, and the driver is dispatched to the real arrival time. How meet & greet works.
4. Sailing from Southampton or Dover?
Many of our arriving passengers are sailing within days. Airport to ship, timed to embarkation, with room for cruise luggage. Fly-cruise transfers · All UK cruise ports.

*Lowest saloon fare to a central London address (West End). Fares are per car (up to 4 passengers and 2 large cases in a saloon), fixed in GBP at booking, and include tolls, meet & greet and 60 minutes of waiting; some central postcodes carry zone charges, so type your hotel for the exact figure. Larger vehicles for families and cruise luggage: MPV (6), 8-seater (7) and 9-seater (8). Currency figures are approximate — your card is charged in pounds.
Why visitors pre-book instead of finding a car on arrival
- The price does not move. No meter, no surge when four aircraft land together, no "airport fee" added at the end. What you saw in the quote is what your card is charged.
- You are met inside. The driver is in the arrivals hall with a name board. You do not walk to a car park, find a pickup zone or wait for an app to match you.
- The flight is tracked. Land early, land late, sit on the tarmac — the driver moves with you, and the first 60 minutes after touchdown is free.
- It works before you have a UK SIM. Everything is confirmed by email and WhatsApp. The driver's name, photo and registration arrive the moment you message us from baggage reclaim.
- Licensed and insured. Transport for London operator licence 11588, UK company 16464640, £10 million public liability cover, Enhanced-DBS-checked drivers.

What international passengers ask us
Can I book from outside the UK before I travel?
Yes. You can book online or message us on WhatsApp from anywhere in the world. Your fare is agreed in writing at the time of booking and it does not change afterwards.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so your driver works to your actual landing time rather than your scheduled one. Free waiting time is included on airport pickups, and a delay does not change the fare you were quoted.
Where exactly will the driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall, holding a name board, after you have cleared passport control and collected your bags. You do not need to find a rank or a car park.
Do I need a UK phone number or a UK SIM card?
No. WhatsApp on airport or hotel wifi is enough to reach us, and there is no international call charge. If you would rather call, our number in international format is +44 20 8888 9988.
How do I know Rushxo is properly licensed?
Rushxo Ltd is a private hire operator licensed by Transport for London under licence number 11588, registered at Companies House in England and Wales under number 16464640, and covered by public liability insurance up to £10 million. Both numbers are verifiable on the TfL and gov.uk websites.
Do you only cover London?
No. London is our base, but we also cover Birmingham Airport, long-distance journeys across the UK, and cruise terminals such as Southampton. Minibuses are available for larger groups and luggage.
Should I use rushxo.com or rushxo.co.uk?
Both are Rushxo. This site, rushxo.com, is written for people travelling to the United Kingdom from abroad. rushxo.co.uk is our main United Kingdom site, with full local route and area coverage for people already here.
