Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (Harry Potter) by taxi from central London, Heathrow and Luton: fares, timings and the train-plus-shuttle alternative
The Making of Harry Potter is in Leavesden, twenty miles north-west of London, and sells out weeks ahead. Getting there by train means Euston to Watford Junction and a free shuttle bus that leaves every half hour; getting there by car means a fixed price, a timed pickup worked back from your entry slot and the luggage in the boot if you are coming from an airport. Luton is closest of all.
Tickets: the one thing to sort first
Entry is by timed ticket only, adults from £56, and there are no walk-up sales. Peak dates (school holidays, weekends, the Hogwarts in the Snow season from 14 November 2026 to 17 January 2027) sell out four to six weeks ahead. Book on the official Studio Tour site or through an authorised partner; coach packages from central London with entry start around £99 per adult.

Timing the pickup to your entry slot
Arrive 20 minutes before your slot; the tour takes about three and a half hours (longer at Christmas). We work the pickup time back from the slot with a margin for the M1 and M25, and either wait on site (hourly rate) or return for a fixed pickup time. Airport arrivals: we meet you in the terminal, keep the cases in the car, and continue to your hotel afterwards — one fixed price for the whole day.
Families and groups
MPVs for up to six with a pushchair, 8-seaters for two families, child seats free. School and club groups: minibuses by arrangement, see booking multiple vehicles. The Christmas season has its own page: Hogwarts in the Snow transfers.
