How the arrival pickup works — every airport
- You book with your flight number. No pickup time to calculate across time zones: we work from the scheduled landing and then track the aircraft live.
- You land, clear the border and collect bags. eGates for eligible passports (US, Canada, Australia, NZ, EU, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and more, aged 10+); officer desks for others. ETA, eGates and border timing.
- You walk into the arrivals hall and your driver is there with a Rushxo name board. Not at a rank, not in a car park, not "call me when you're out".
- 60 minutes of waiting is free, counted from actual touchdown. A slow queue costs nothing. Longer? Message us on WhatsApp and the driver stays.

Fixed fares in pounds, per car
Every fare is per vehicle, not per person, fixed in GBP at booking, and includes tolls, meet & greet and 60 minutes of waiting. The dollar and euro figures are a guide; your card is charged in pounds.

Long-haul luggage is bigger than domestic luggage. Two people with two 30 kg cases each, plus carry-ons, should book an MPV. When in doubt, tell us the bag count and we size the car.
Paying from outside the UK
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, charged in GBP. Your bank converts; there is no currency surcharge from us.
- 30% deposit secures the booking; the balance is paid before travel, so nothing is owed to the driver.

When things go wrong on arrival
- Flight delayed — we track it; the driver moves with it; no charge. Delayed flight and your pickup.

Licensed, insured, accountable
