1. Who we are

RushXO Ltd ("RushXO", "we") is a licensed private hire operator based in Dartford, Kent. All bookings are pre-booked private hire journeys accepted by us as operator and fulfilled by licensed drivers in licensed vehicles.

2. Bookings and fares

Every fare is fixed at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation. The confirmed fare does not change with traffic, weather or demand.
Quotes are based on the pickup, destination, vehicle type, passenger and luggage counts you provide. If these change materially (for example an extra stop, a different address, or more passengers than the vehicle you booked can carry), the fare may be re-quoted before travel.
Airport pickups include flight tracking and a free waiting period of 60 minutes after landing; other pickups include a reasonable free waiting period stated at booking. Waiting beyond the free period may incur a charge notified to you at booking.
Congestion, ULEZ and airport access charges applicable to your journey are included in the quoted fare.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

You may cancel free of charge with reasonable notice before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made at short notice, after a driver has been dispatched, or after the vehicle has arrived may be charged in part or in full.
If you cannot locate your driver, call or WhatsApp us before leaving the pickup point — a no-show without contact may be charged in full.
If we ever have to cancel a booking and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you receive a full refund of anything paid.

4. Passengers, luggage and conduct

Passenger and luggage counts must fit the booked vehicle. Child seats can be requested at booking; children must travel in accordance with UK law.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Drivers may refuse or terminate a journey where passenger behaviour is abusive, unlawful or unsafe; the fare remains payable.
A cleaning charge may apply where a vehicle requires valeting after a journey (for example spillage or soiling).

5. Delays and liability

We plan journeys with sensible buffers, but travel times cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for choosing a pickup time that allows adequately for check-in, boarding or appointment deadlines; we are not liable for missed flights, sailings, trains or events caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
