Discreet service — common questions
What makes the discreet service different from a normal executive booking?
Layered privacy protocols: unbranded vehicles, a small confidentiality-signed driver pool selected for judgement, no name boards, side-entrance and car-park arrivals arranged in advance, and need-to-know booking records under initials or codenames with confirmations only to your named contacts.
Do drivers sign NDAs?
Yes — confidentiality undertakings are standard for the discreet pool, and we additionally sign client- or production-specific NDAs where your legal team requires them.
Can bookings be made under a codename?
Yes — sensitive engagements run under initials or agreed codenames visible only to the controllers handling them, with the passenger's identity shared solely with the assigned driver at the point of need.
Can you arrange non-public entrances at hotels and venues?
Yes — service entrances, kitchen routes, stage doors and underground car parks are arranged with the venue in advance where cooperation is needed, and timed so the passenger moves straight from car to interior.
Do you work with our existing security team?
Routinely — our drivers follow the security lead's movement plan, comms and vehicle-positioning instructions. We are not a close-protection provider ourselves and are straightforward about that boundary.
Can high-profile passengers be collected from airports without a name board?
Yes — discreet airport collections run with no board and no public waiting: the driver coordinates by message with the passenger's team and meets at an agreed low-visibility point, gate-to-car.
Is the discreet service available for regular, ongoing use?
Yes — many engagements are standing arrangements: household patterns, school runs and recurring commitments handled by the same small driver pool year-round under the same protocols.
