Fleet — common questions
What's the difference between Executive and VIP?
Executive means a Mercedes E-Class or BMW 5 Series — leather, climate, charging and a suited chauffeur, the standard for client-facing journeys. VIP means the Mercedes S-Class flagship: a materially quieter, larger rear cabin for the passengers a company is judged by. Executive starts from £45, S-Class from £95 on short journeys.
Can I request a specific vehicle model or colour?
You book by tier and can note preferences — dark exterior, specific model — which we meet wherever fleet allocation allows and confirm with the driver details before pickup.
Do the cars have WiFi and charging?
Phone charging and bottled water are standard in Executive and VIP cars; WiFi is fitted on request at booking across Executive, VIP and V-Class. Tell us if the passenger will be working and we'll allocate accordingly.
Which car fits a group of six with luggage?
The V-Class or premium MPV — up to six passengers with six to eight cases. For seven or eight travellers, the executive 8-seater with racked luggage space keeps the whole party in one vehicle.
Are child seats available?
Yes — forward and rear-facing child seats and boosters are fitted on request at booking at no charge; tell us ages and we'll have the right seats installed before pickup.
Are the chauffeurs employed by RushXO?
Drivers are contracted directly to RushXO under our TfL operator licence — vetted, suited on executive work and accountable to us, not anonymous app freelancers who happened to accept a job.
Can the whole fleet be booked on a corporate account?
Yes — every tier runs on account rates with monthly invoicing and cost-centre tagging; see the corporate account page for how rate cards are agreed.
