Event & late-night transfers — common questions
Is the pickup really guaranteed however late the event runs?
Yes — event cars are reserved to your booking and positioned before the published end time. If speeches overrun, the fleet waits on standby; drivers are never released to other jobs, and the fare doesn't change with the hour.
Can you transport a whole guest list, not just one car?
Yes — send names, destinations and numbers and we batch the entire list: matched drivers per guest or couple, a vehicle mix from saloons to 8-seaters, and a dispatcher coordinating the departure waves with your PA or the venue door team.
How do guests find their car at the end?
Each guest is checked off by your PA or our dispatcher as they leave, and their named car pulls up in sequence — name in the window, driver expecting them. Nobody stands comparing number plates on a dark kerb.
Do prices go up late at night?
No — fixed prices hold around the clock, with no surge, night or weekend surcharge. The 1am journey home from a gala costs exactly what it would at 1pm.
Can the host keep a car on standby all evening?
Yes — a dedicated Executive or S-Class holds exclusively for the host at an hourly standby rate, ready the moment the goodbyes finish, however elastic they prove.
How is an event invoiced?
As one statement: every guest journey, staff run and standby car itemised and coded to the event, client or entertainment budget — on your corporate account's monthly invoice or as a standalone event bill.
Can you also handle arrivals and out-of-town guests?
Yes — inbound legs from offices, hotels and stations run under the same reference, and flying guests get name-board airport collections folded into the event plan.
