Book several cars in one go: groups, wedding parties, hotel guests, staff runs
A hotel recently booked eleven cars for Boxing Day morning in a single message: guest names, flights, terminals, and one reference to reconcile. When one MPV is not enough — a wedding party heading to Heathrow, a team leaving a party at midnight, forty conference delegates from three hotels — a multi-car booking is the way to keep it under control.
When one MPV isn't enough: how multi-car bookings work
Give us a list — names, pickup addresses, times, destinations, flight numbers where relevant — and we allocate vehicles, send each passenger their own driver details, and hold the whole thing under one reference. You can add, remove or re-time individual cars up to the day before without touching the rest of the booking.
Simultaneous vs staggered pickups
- Simultaneous: four cars at one hotel at 05:00 for the same flight. We stage the vehicles so they do not block the forecourt and load in order.
- Staggered: a Christmas party where cars leave at 23:00, 00:00 and 01:00; or airport arrivals across a day for a wedding. Each car has its own fixed time.
- Shuttle: one vehicle doing repeated runs between two points at an hourly rate, where that works out cheaper.
Mixed fleet: saloons, E-Class, 8-seaters, wheelchair-accessible
Mix vehicle types on a single booking: an executive car for the principal, saloons for the team, an MPV for the luggage, an 8-seater for the family, and a wheelchair-accessible vehicle where needed (please ask early — they are limited). Our airport transfer page lists capacities.
One reference, one invoice, one WhatsApp thread
Corporate and hotel bookers get a single itemised invoice with each passenger and journey listed. Groups paying privately can split the booking by card at confirmation. Changes on the day go through one thread to our dispatch desk, which sees every car in the booking.

Pricing per vehicle, no group surcharge
Each car is priced at our standard fixed fare for that journey and vehicle type — Heathrow to the West End from £65 in a saloon, from £91 in an MPV — and there is no surcharge for booking several. Larger repeat volumes qualify for account rates; see hotel and concierge accounts.
Frequently asked questions
- How many cars can I book at once?
- There is no fixed upper limit. Ten to fifteen cars for a single time is routine; larger numbers on the peak Christmas dates depend on the pool and need to be booked by 10 December.
- Can each passenger get their own driver details?
- Yes. Every passenger on the booking receives their driver's name, vehicle and number the day before, and the organiser gets the full list.
- Can we pay separately?
- Yes — the booking can be split by card at confirmation, or invoiced as one to a company or hotel.
