Account costs — common questions
How much does it cost to open a corporate taxi account?
Nothing — £0 setup fee, £0 monthly or annual fee, £0 minimum spend and no per-booker charges. You pay only fixed per-journey rates agreed at setup: Central London hops from £20, office to Heathrow from £52, hourly hire from £45.
What does a typical month cost?
It's purely journeys × rates. Illustratively: a small office with one busy PA might spend around £300 a month; a mid-size firm around £1,300; a travel-heavy larger firm around £4,000 — see the worked examples above. A month with no journeys costs £0.
Are there night, weekend or surge surcharges?
No — rates are fixed around the clock with no surge and no out-of-hours uplift. The only pass-throughs are airport forecourt charges and the Congestion Charge where genuinely incurred, disclosed at booking and itemised.
Do rates improve with volume?
Yes — rate cards are agreed at setup based on expected routes and volume, and reviewed as usage grows. Higher committed volume earns sharper per-journey rates; nothing changes without written agreement.
Is there a contract or notice period?
Accounts run on simple credit terms agreed at setup — no long lock-in. You can stop using the account at any time, and an unused account costs nothing to keep open.
How do your prices compare with ride-hailing apps?
On quiet off-peak hops an app's base fare can be similar or lower; the difference is that account rates hold during rain, rush hour and event nights when apps surge 1.5–3× — which is precisely when business journeys cluster. Fixed rates make budgets predictable.
