Christmas party transport — common questions
How does batch booking work for a whole staff party?
Send names and home postcodes; we cluster them into shared routes and solo cars, assign a driver to each, and give your organiser a manifest showing who's in which car. On the night, cars stage early and release in waves as people leave, at fixed fares however late it runs.
Is there really no surge in December?
Really — your party fleet is reserved to your booking at rates fixed when you book, so the busiest Thursday in December prices identically to a wet Tuesday in March. Reservation, not marketplace, is the whole point.
When should we book for a December party?
Peak dates — the first three Thursdays and Fridays of December — allocate first-come, so lock your date and rough headcount by September if you can. The final staff list can change up to party week.
Can some staff share cars and others go solo?
Yes — postcode clustering builds sensible shared routes where they work and solo cars where they don't, with anyone's preference for a solo car honoured, and directors' or Executive cars mixed into the same plan.
How is the party billed?
As one coded statement — every journey itemised with passenger, time and drop — on your corporate account's monthly invoice or as a standalone party bill, replacing a season of surge-priced expense claims.
Do you also cover getting people to the party?
Yes — office-to-venue arrival shuttles run under the same reference, and client Christmas entertaining gets the Executive-car version with guest-list matching and a host's standby car.
