How a group arrival works

1. Manifest. Send us names, flight numbers (groups often arrive on two or three flights), destination(s) and case count. One WhatsApp number becomes the group's coordinator line.
2. Meet & greet. A lead driver waits in the arrivals hall with a board showing the group or organisation name; the others stage the vehicles. Stragglers at the border are normal; 60 minutes of waiting is included and the coordinator tracks the last passenger out.
3. Loading. Drivers load luggage; the coordinator counts heads against the manifest before anyone leaves.
4. Convoy or split. Vehicles travel together to one hotel, or split to several — both at the fixed fare quoted.
5. The return. Booked at the same time, timed to the outbound flight's check-in, usually with a hotel pickup at a single time.
