Candidate transport — common questions
How do I book a taxi for an interview candidate?
Send the candidate's first name, their train or flight details and the interview address — by phone, WhatsApp or online. We track the arrival, meet them with a discreet board (or boardless), transfer them between rounds with the driver holding, and bill the fare to your search, requisition or cost centre. The candidate never pays or expenses anything.
Can the pickup be discreet, since candidates are usually employed elsewhere?
Yes — that's the default posture: a first-name-only board or no board at all, no company names spoken on the concourse, and confidentiality-signed drivers. For board-level searches, our discreet service adds unbranded cars and need-to-know booking records.
Can the driver wait between interview rounds?
Yes — on multi-stage days the driver holds between rounds and absorbs overruns, so a long second interview never strands the third. Waiting is part of the booking, not a meter anxiety.
Who pays — us or the candidate?
You do, invisibly — there is no payment moment in the car and nothing for the candidate to expense. The fare appears coded to the search or requisition on your account invoice, one clean line per candidate day.
Can you handle candidates flying in from abroad?
Yes — flight-tracked meets at Heathrow, Gatwick and all London airports with the same discreet handling, plus hotel legs and the return to departures held in one reference for overnight processes.
Can several candidates be moved on the same assessment day?
Yes — multi-candidate days run as coordinated pickups converging on the venue, timed so candidates don't overlap awkwardly in the lobby, each journey coded separately for the requisition file.
