Become a RushXO partner operator
RushXO sends pre-paid, fixed-price airport transfer bookings from international travellers to licensed local operators. We are expanding the network beyond the United Kingdom one country at a time, and we start with operators who already meet the standard.
What partners receive
Confirmed bookings with the passenger's flight number, pickup and destination, paid in advance; a single monthly settlement; passenger support handled by our 24-hour team; and listing on the RushXO destination pages for your airports and city once you are live.
What we require
- A valid private hire, taxi, chauffeur or transfer operator licence for your jurisdiction, with licensed drivers.
- Hire-and-reward insurance for every vehicle and public liability cover.
- Meet and greet in arrivals with a name board, flight tracking and at least 45 minutes of free waiting after landing.
- Fixed pricing per vehicle with no surge, no per-bag charges and airport fees included.
- English-speaking dispatch reachable 24 hours, and a confirmation sent to the passenger before pickup.
Countries and cities we are opening
Priority is given to airports with strong inbound international traffic: Western Europe, the Gulf, the United States, Canada, Australia and the main Asian hubs. If your company operates at one of these airports and meets the requirements, email support@rushxo.com with your licence details, fleet size, airports served and a sample price list. We reply within two working days.
UK operators
In the United Kingdom bookings are operated by Get London Transfer Ltd (TfL 11588). Licensed UK sub-contractors for regional airports are welcome under the same requirements.
