Terminal 4. Opened 1986. Home of SkyTeam carriers — KLM, Delta, Air France (some routes), Korean Air, Saudia, China Eastern, Vietnam Airlines, plus Etihad, Gulf Air and MEA. Meet point: dedicated meet-and-greet area at the arrivals exit, south side.

Terminal 5. Opened 2008. The British Airways global hub — all BA long-haul, most BA short-haul and domestic, plus Iberia. The largest single airport terminal in the UK. Meet point: central meet-and-greet at the arrivals exit.
