By using the Rushxo Booking app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Rushxo Booking ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this app for personal, non-commercial transfer booking purposes only.
You agree NOT to:
Modify, copy, or distribute the app without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to access the app's code
Use the app for any illegal purpose
Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or drivers
Make false or misleading bookings
Attempt to defraud the system
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do NOT warrant that:
The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
The app will meet your specific requirements
Any drivers will be available
Bookings will be confirmed or completed
Prices will not change
Your journey will be on time
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUSHXO BOOKING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Delays, cancellations, or non-completion of bookings
Driver behavior or conduct
Vehicle condition or accidents
Lost or damaged items
Third-party payment processor issues
OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE BOOKING.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete booking information
Provide a valid phone number and email address
Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
Behave respectfully towards drivers and staff
Not eat, drink, or smoke in the vehicle
Not damage the vehicle
Not use the app for any illegal purpose
Follow all applicable laws and regulations
5. Booking Confirmation & Changes
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email/SMS with a booking reference number. The driver may contact you before pickup.
Amendments
You may request changes to your booking (location, time, etc.) up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Amendments depend on driver availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation
Before 30 minutes: Free cancellation with full refund
30 minutes to 5 minutes before: 50% cancellation fee charged
Within 5 minutes or no-show: Full charge applied (100% of booking amount)
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Payment & Billing
Payment Methods
We accept payment through:
Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Cash to driver (where available)
Payment Authorization
By confirming a booking, you authorize the payment amount to be charged to your payment method. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal, subject to their terms.
Pricing
Prices are calculated based on:
Distance from pickup to dropoff
Vehicle type selected
Time of booking (weekends/peak hours may have surcharges)
The price shown at booking is the final price (unless you change the booking after confirmation).
7. Driver & Vehicle Safety
Our Commitment
All drivers undergo background checks
Vehicles are regularly maintained
Insurance is current and valid
Drivers are trained professionals
Your Safety
Bookings include a confirmation with driver details
Share your booking details with someone you trust
Report any safety concerns to us immediately
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Rushxo app (including design, text, graphics, and code) are owned by Rushxo Booking and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.
10. Third-Party Links
The app may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Use third-party sites at your own risk.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the app for:
Any illegal or fraudulent activity
Violating any laws or regulations
Harassing, threatening, or abusing anyone
Spam, phishing, or hacking
Uploading viruses or malicious code
Disrupting the app's normal operation
12. Dispute Resolution
Complaints Process
Contact us at support@rushxo.com within 7 days of the incident
Provide booking reference, date, and details of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
If unsatisfied, you can escalate to our management team
Legal Proceedings
Any disputes shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Limitation Period
You must bring any claim against Rushxo Booking within 12 months of the incident. After 12 months, the right to bring a claim expires.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you:
Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse our drivers or staff
Disrupt the service
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rushxo Booking regarding your use of the app.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
