How do we split the cost?
We quote one fixed fare for the vehicle; you split it however you like between you. Four in a minibus usually works out well below two separate taxis each.
Can you wait if our flight is delayed?
Yes — we track the flight and the driver waits for your actual landing at no extra charge, with 60 minutes free waiting included.
Do you do early-morning pickups (4–5am)?
Yes — budget flights from Stansted and Luton leave early and we cover them at the same fixed fare. No night surcharge.
What if one person cancels — do we pay more?
The vehicle fare is fixed regardless of headcount, so the total doesn't change — you just split it between fewer people. Tell us if numbers drop and we can send a smaller car if it's cheaper.
Can I book for 3 and add a 4th later?
Yes — tell us when you book that numbers may rise, and we'll size the vehicle. Adding a passenger to a fixed-fare car usually costs nothing extra.
