What we actually do differently
- Door to door. Not kerb to kerb. The driver comes to the door, takes the bags, and sees the passenger safely in and out.
- We wait. Getting settled takes as long as it takes. There is no meter running.
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles — ramp-equipped WAVs, booked in advance at the same fixed fare. More on WAVs.
- The same driver, where we can. For regular hospital or clinic runs, familiarity matters.
Booking for a parent or relative? You can book on their behalf and pay remotely. We will call them with the driver’s name and car details, and text you when they are collected and again when they arrive.
Where people use us
- Hospital and clinic appointments — including early-morning admissions and post-procedure collections. See medical transport.
- Airports — with assistance through to the terminal desk, and meet-and-greet on the return.
- Family visits — across London, Kent, Essex, Surrey and the Home Counties.
- Regular weekly runs — shopping, church, day centres — at a fixed fare that never changes.
The fare
Fixed at booking. No meter, no waiting-time charge for the time it takes to get settled, and no night or weekend uplift.
