Landing at Heathrow and not sure where your driver will be? Here's exactly how meet & greet works at each terminal, and why it beats hunting the pickup lanes after a long flight.
Where meet & greet happens
With a proper meet & greet, your driver doesn't wait in the car park — they come inside the arrivals hall and hold a name board where passengers exit after baggage reclaim and customs. Every Heathrow terminal has a clear arrivals concourse for exactly this. The driver tracks your flight, so whether you land early or late, they're already in position.
Terminal-by-terminal
- Terminal 2 — single modern arrivals hall, very straightforward
- Terminal 3 — wide hall opposite the information desk
- Terminal 4 — south side, separate from the central terminals; driver must be briefed for T4 specifically
- Terminal 5 — all arrivals funnel into one hall in T5A, one of the easiest to meet at
Why it's worth it after a long flight
No rank queue, no walking to a distant car park with a luggage trolley, and help with the bags from the hall to the vehicle. For groups it's even more valuable — the Heathrow meet & greet minibus keeps everyone together from the arrivals hall to the door. Larger party? See the 16-seater minibus.
