The luggage problem
An international student arriving for the first term typically has two large hold cases, a cabin bag, and a rucksack — and often a parent with their own bag. That does not fit in a standard saloon, and it does not fit through a Tube barrier without a fight.
Tell us the bag count when you book. We will send an MPV or an 8-seater rather than a saloon that cannot take it. No surprise upgrade fee at the kerb.
Where we take students
- Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton to halls anywhere in London — UCL, KCL, Imperial, LSE, Queen Mary, Westminster and the rest
- Airport to university cities — Oxford, Cambridge, Bath, Bristol, Brighton, Canterbury, Reading
- Home to halls — from Kent, Essex, Surrey and the Home Counties, with the boot space to make one trip instead of two
Flight-tracked, meet & greet
Most first-year international arrivals land after a long-haul flight, jet-lagged, into an airport they have never seen. Our driver waits inside arrivals with a name board, and the fare was fixed when the flight was booked. Parents at the other end of the phone tend to like that.
