Royal Ascot (16–20 June 2026, Ascot Racecourse SL5 7JX) is the most glamorous week of the racing calendar — morning dress, fascinators, the Royal Procession and the Gold Cup on Ladies Day. It's no day to be driving the M25 in your finery or parking half a mile from the enclosure. RushXO drives you door-to-door from London, around 28 miles west in an executive car, and returns after the last race so you skip the car-park queues. Champagne, not chauffeuring. Fixed fare from £85, no event surge, 24/7.

Royal Ascot is the centrepiece of the British social and sporting summer — five days of the world's finest flat racing, the daily Royal Procession down the straight mile at 2pm, and a dress code that turns the enclosures into a sea of morning suits, gowns and remarkable hats. Drawing more than 300,000 visitors across the week, it is also a logistical pinch-point: the roads around Ascot are managed, the car parks fill early and empty slowly, and arriving by train still leaves a walk in your best shoes. None of that suits a day built around elegance. A RushXO chauffeur lets the occasion start the moment you close your front door — collected in an executive car, driven the roughly 28 miles west to the course, set down close to your enclosure, and met again after the last race for a comfortable ride home, with no thought of parking, queues or who stays sober for the drive.

Morning dress and heels don't mix with driving and a long car-park walk. Step out at the course composed and immaculate, with your chauffeur having handled every mile.
With a driver waiting, nobody in the party has to stay sober for the journey home — the Gold Cup toast and the day's hospitality are yours to enjoy in full.
We arrange a pick-up after the final race at an agreed point near the course, so you skip the notorious queues out of the Ascot car parks and the crush for the station.
A latest-model Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class with a suited chauffeur fits the tone of the day, with a quiet, comfortable cabin for the run west and home.
An MPV or 8-seater keeps a party or a corporate box together from one address to the enclosure and back, on a single fixed fare with optional account invoicing.
Royal Ascot week is peak surge season for the apps. Your RushXO fare is fixed at booking with no event multiplier and no evening premium for the late return.

Gates open mid-morning, the Royal Procession is at 2pm and the first race at 2:30pm, so we time your pickup to arrive in good time for the enclosure, lunch or your hospitality booking — with a sensible buffer for the M25 and the managed roads around Ascot. The drive west is around an hour to an hour and a quarter in normal conditions.
Heading to the Royal Enclosure, Queen Anne Enclosure or the Windsor Enclosure, we set you down as close as the race-day traffic plan allows and agree a clear return rendezvous for after the last. Tell us your day — Ladies Day on Thursday is the busiest — and your enclosure, and we'll plan around it.

"Ladies Day done properly — driven down in an S-Class, not a crease out of place, and the car waiting after the last race while everyone else queued for the car parks. Worth every penny for the occasion."
"Took a client party of six in the V-Class. Smart, on time, dropped near the enclosure and collected after racing. Fixed price agreed up front with no surge for the week — exactly the impression we wanted."
"No parking, no driving in heels, no worrying about the drive home after a glass or three. Door to door both ways, immaculate car. The only way to do Royal Ascot — we've booked again already."
