Gates open mid-morning, the Royal Procession is at 2pm and the first race at 2:30pm, so we time your pickup to arrive in good time for the enclosure, lunch or your hospitality booking — with a sensible buffer for the M25 and the managed roads around Ascot. The drive west is around an hour to an hour and a quarter in normal conditions.
Heading to the Royal Enclosure, Queen Anne Enclosure or the Windsor Enclosure, we set you down as close as the race-day traffic plan allows and agree a clear return rendezvous for after the last.
