How long does it take?
Around 13 miles via the M4 and A4 Cromwell Road, straight into the hotel district — 35–50 minutes evenings and off-peak, 55–75 minutes in weekday peaks. A 20:00 pickup typically reaches Kensington High Street by about 20:45.
Will 8 passengers with suitcases fit?
Yes — eight individual seats plus racks taking one large case per passenger with hand luggage. Travelling much heavier? Tell us at booking and we'll advise honestly — sometimes a second vehicle, run together as one job, is the right call.
How does meet & greet work for a group?
One name board with the lead or group name, flight tracked, 60 minutes free waiting from actual landing so the whole party can clear immigration and baggage — then a two-minute covered walk to the minibus with the trolleys.
Can a tour leader or agent book for the group?
Routinely — flight number, lead name and hotel is all we need; confirmation and driver details go to whoever manages the group. Larger parties get multiple vehicles under one booking.
Which Kensington hotels do you serve?
All of them — the High Street and Scarsdale Place belt, De Vere Gardens, the Cromwell Road and Gloucester Road corridor, and the Earls Court district. Unloaded at the entrance.
Is one minibus cheaper than several taxis?
Considerably — eight from the rank means two or three metered cabs, typically £100–£150 combined with the group split up. One fixed 8-seater from £85 keeps everyone together for ~£11 each.
