Transport that fits the running order

Events run to a timetable, so event transport is planned backwards from the moment guests need to be in the room. Pickup times, vehicle sizes and drop-off points are agreed in advance and the fare is fixed at booking, which means a late finish or a busy Saturday night does not change the price you were quoted.

Arena and stadium nights are the hardest journeys to price on a meter, because thousands of people all want a car in the same fifteen minutes. Booking ahead removes that problem: the driver waits at an agreed meeting point away from the main exit crush, at the fare set when you booked, with no surge applied. The same applies to festival gates, race meetings and awards evenings that end after the last train.

Group sizes

Saloons take small parties with light luggage, MPVs suit four to six with bags or instruments, and eight-seat minibuses keep a group together on one booking. Larger parties are split across matched vehicles that arrive and leave as a convoy. Child seats and wheelchair-accessible vehicles can be requested when you book.
