The circuit has no station, no useful bus and one road in. That catches out visitors every race weekend, and it is why the last few miles are worth booking properly. This one is on our doorstep.
That is how far our base sits from the gate, up the A2 and across. Brands Hatch is not a job we drive out of London to reach, it is the circuit at the end of our road, and the pricing and the local knowledge both reflect that.
The station problem, solved four ways
Every year people book tickets, look up the rail route and discover there isn't one. There is no station at the circuit and nothing that drops you at the gate. These are the four realistic railheads and what actually happens when you arrive at each.

The Ebbsfleet trick
If you are coming from London, the fastest route to a Kent circuit runs through a station most people never consider for it. High speed services put you at Ebbsfleet International in under twenty minutes from St Pancras, and we meet you off the platform for a fifteen minute run to the gate. Total door to door, it beats driving out through the tunnels on a race morning, and it means you can have a drink at the circuit without a second thought. Book the car for the train you are actually on, not the one you hope to catch.
What's on, and how we work around it
A touring car Sunday and a Tuesday test day are different jobs entirely. Timings below are the usual pattern rather than a published schedule, so we always check your specific date against the circuit's own calendar before setting the pick-up.

Four reasons people stop driving themselves
The car parks are fields
Spectator parking at a busy meeting is grass. After a wet Saturday it is grass and mud, and the queue to get off it after the last race runs down a single access road onto the A20. Being collected from the gate skips the entire exercise.
There are bars at the circuit
A race weekend is a day out, and most people would rather have a drink at it. That decision is easier to make in advance than at two in the afternoon when someone realises they are driving.
Early starts are brutal alone
Sign-on for a track day is seven in the morning. From Medway or Maidstone that is a five-thirty alarm and a drive on tired eyes both ways. Sleep in the back instead.
We are twenty minutes away
Brands Hatch is our local circuit, not a job we take on. Our base is a short run up the A2 from the gate, which means shorter dead mileage, keener pricing and drivers who know the lanes when the A20 stops moving.
Getting off the site afterwards
The exit is the bit that surprises first-timers. Thirty-odd thousand people, a grass car park and one route back onto the A20 means the queue to leave can run to the best part of an hour after a big Sunday. Being collected from the gate rather than sitting in it is worth more than the fare on its own. We hold position, you walk out, and we are on the A2 while the field is still emptying.
Camping weekends
Plenty of meetings run camping from the Friday, and the kit is what makes it awkward. Tents, chairs, cool boxes and a crate of something all have to travel, and they do not fit in the boots of two hatchbacks. A minibus with the seats configured properly takes the lot, drops you at the campsite gate and comes back on the Monday.

Is there a train station at Brands Hatch?
No. There is no station at the circuit and no direct rail link to it. The nearest stations are Longfield at about four miles, Farningham Road and Swanley at around five, and Ebbsfleet International at eight. All of them leave you with a road journey at the end, and on event days there are very few cars waiting outside any of them. Booking the last leg in advance is the difference between a smooth arrival and standing at a village station watching the first race start without you.
What is the quickest way to Brands Hatch from London?
High speed rail to Ebbsfleet International, then a fifteen minute car to the gate. St Pancras to Ebbsfleet takes under twenty minutes, which beats driving out through the Blackwall Tunnel on a race morning by a wide margin. We meet a lot of London passengers off those trains, and it works particularly well for touring car and superbike weekends when the A20 is heaving.
How far is Brands Hatch from Gravesend and Dartford?
About ten miles from Gravesend and nine from Dartford, so twenty minutes and eighteen minutes respectively on a clear road. Swanley and Longfield are closer still. This is our home patch, which is why our pricing on this circuit is keener than firms driving out from London to reach it.
What time should we arrive for a BTCC or British Superbikes weekend?
Gates usually open around half seven and the support races start early, so aim to be through by nine at the latest for a Sunday. The A20 approach thickens up considerably from mid-morning, and the last two miles are where the time goes. We build that into the pick-up rather than leaving you to guess at it.
Can you drop us at the circuit entrance?
Yes. Cars and minibuses set down at the main entrance off the A20, which puts you at the gate rather than at the far end of a car park. On the biggest weekends the marshals direct traffic differently, and your driver will have checked the arrangement for your date before setting off.
Where will you collect us after the last race?
From the same point we dropped you, unless the exit routing on the day makes that impractical, in which case we agree an alternative before you go in. Everyone leaves at once at a circuit, so the meeting point matters more than the timing. Your driver is in position before the chequered flag and confirms the spot by text.
Can we have a drink at the circuit?
There are licensed bars on site and a race day is a long one, so plenty of our passengers do. That is most of the reason people book us for this circuit rather than driving. Just tell us the finish time when you book so the return is set up properly.
Do you cover track days and driving experiences with early sign-on?
Yes, including the seven in the morning starts. Early runs from Medway, Maidstone, Gravesend and Dartford are routine for us, and we can do a one-way drop if someone else is collecting you or you are staying on afterwards.
Can you take a group of twenty to a race weekend?
Comfortably. Sixteen-seat minibuses and twenty-four-seat midi coaches handle most club and works outings, and a forty-nine-seat coach covers anything larger. Cool boxes, chairs and camping kit go in the back. One price, one meeting point, one person to deal with.
Do you cover camping arrivals and departures?
Yes. Camping runs work best as a Friday drop and a Sunday or Monday collection, with the gear loaded into a van-sized vehicle rather than squeezed into car boots. Tell us the head count and the amount of kit and we will size it properly.
Is the price fixed, even if the meeting overruns?
Yes. Delays, red flags and a slow exit off the site do not change what you pay. The figure quoted when you book is the figure on the day, with no meter running while you sit in the queue for the A20.
Do you go to other circuits as well?
We do. Silverstone for the Grand Prix, Goodwood for the Festival of Speed and Revival, and Donington for Download and race meetings, all as day trips or overnight runs from Kent. Brands Hatch is simply the one on our doorstep.
