RushXO is a private hire company founded in 2025 and based in Dartford, Kent. We exist because of a simple frustration every traveller knows: you shouldn't need to gamble on what your journey will cost. Not when it rains, not when a train is cancelled, not at 4am before a flight.
The London transfer market split into two bad options. On one side, apps whose price is a moving target — fine on a quiet Tuesday, punishing the moment demand spikes, which is exactly when you need the car most. On the other, the traditional meter, which asks you to commit to a journey without knowing what it costs.
We built RushXO around the third option: agree the fare before the wheels move, then honour it no matter what happens on the road. Traffic on the M25 is our problem, not yours. A delayed flight moves the pickup, not the price. The confirmation email is the contract.
We're honest about being new. Founded in 2025, we don't have decades of history or thousands of reviews — what we have is a licence you can verify at source, drivers who are vetted and DBS-checked, and a pricing promise simple enough to hold us to. Our reputation is being built one airport run, one cruise transfer, one 4am pickup at a time. That suits us: it means every journey has to earn the next one.
Today we cover every major UK airport — Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City, Southend and Southampton at the core — plus cruise ports, Eurostar terminals, stadiums, and bookings in eight languages through our international service.
The fare is agreed on distance and vehicle before you travel. No surge, no meter, no night surcharge, no "unforeseen circumstances" clause. If the journey takes longer than expected, we absorb it.
Every airport pickup is dispatched against the actual landing, with a name-board meet inside arrivals and 60 minutes of free waiting. Delays cost you nothing.
Every driver holds a valid private hire licence and an enhanced DBS check. Professional, suited on executive work, and answerable to a company you can actually reach.
We publish what's true and verifiable — our licence, our registration, our prices — and we point you to review platforms we can't edit. If an option that isn't us is genuinely better for your journey, our guides say so.
