The Promise

One price. Confirmed in writing.

The phrase “fixed price” is used widely — and means rather different things from different providers. With Rushxo, the meaning is precise: the fare displayed at the moment of booking is the exact total charged on travel day, to any Heathrow terminal.

Motorway traffic, road closures, weather diversions — none alter the fare. A 3am departure, a 5am collection, a Sunday afternoon return — the figure is identical. Bank holidays, New Year's Eve, match days — one fixed price. The booking confirmation email is the contract.

Confirmed at booking — never a “quote”

Rushxo does not issue indicative quotes liable to change. The fare confirmed at booking is the final total — no additions for luggage, traffic, night travel, or any other circumstance.

Arrivals Service

Meet & greet — included as standard

For Heathrow arrivals, your chauffeur waits within the arrivals hall holding a personalised name board. No searching, no remote car parks, no kerbside confusion.

Chauffeur inside arrivals

Your driver waits at the designated greeting point holding your name. Immediately visible upon clearing customs.

Luggage attended

The chauffeur assists with luggage from the arrivals hall through to the vehicle. No trolleys to manage alone.

60 minutes complimentary

An hour of complimentary waiting from your landing time — not the scheduled arrival. Baggage delays are covered.

Flight tracked

Your flight is monitored from the departure airport. The chauffeur's arrival is automatically adjusted.

Any hour — same fare

Meet & greet at 3am is charged the same as at 3pm. Zero night surcharge regardless of arrival time.

Standard inclusion

Meet & greet is part of every Rushxo Heathrow journey. No supplement, no additional booking.

Zero Night Surcharge

Same fare. At every hour.

Heathrow's first departure wave begins around 6am. Rushxo charges identically at four in the morning as at four in the afternoon — every day, including weekends and bank holidays.

Heathrow, Terminal by Terminal

We know which doors you need

Heathrow is not one airport but five terminals spread across a site larger than many towns. Arriving at the wrong one costs time you rarely have — so every Rushxo booking is matched to your terminal before the car leaves.

2

Terminal 2 — The Queen's Terminal

Home to most Star Alliance carriers including Lufthansa, United and Singapore Airlines. Drop-off on the upper forecourt; meet & greet at the central arrivals concourse.

3

Terminal 3

Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, Delta and the bulk of the oneworld long-haul fleet. The closest terminal to the Heathrow Central hub — quick to reach, busy at peak.

4

Terminal 4

Set apart to the south of the airport, serving SkyTeam, Qatar, Etihad and Gulf carriers. The terminal most often confused at booking — we confirm it so your driver is never at the wrong building.

5

Terminal 5 — British Airways

The exclusive home of British Airways and Iberia. Its own dedicated spur off the M25 / A3044; our drivers know the fastest approach to the forecourt and the short-stay set-down.

Connections & transfers

Transferring between terminals or connecting onward? Tell us at booking and we plan the timing around the all-important check-in close, not the take-off time.

Free waiting on arrivals

Sixty complimentary minutes from wheels-down at every terminal — so a slow baggage belt or a long border queue never costs you a penny.

The Heathrow Run

A transfer planned backwards from your gate

The single most common cause of a missed Heathrow flight is not traffic — it is leaving by the take-off time instead of the check-in close. We plan every journey the other way around.

Heathrow sits to the west of London, reached by the A4 and M4 corridor and, from the south, the M25. From central London the drive is typically 45 to 75 minutes, but the hour you travel changes everything: the morning rush eastbound and the evening crawl westbound can add half an hour or more. Because your Rushxo fare is fixed at booking, none of that variability touches your bill — the only thing it changes is when we collect you, and we build that margin in for you.

Our recommendation for departures is simple and safe: leave central London three and a half hours before a short-haul flight and four hours before long-haul, adding thirty minutes during peak periods or known motorway works. For pre-dawn departures — and Heathrow's first wave begins around 6 a.m. — the roads are mercifully empty and journey times short, which makes the early flight one of the easiest to make once the car is pre-booked. Give us the flight number and we set the pickup minute for you, with the margin already inside it.

Arrivals are the reverse, done calmly

For collections we track your inbound flight from its origin airport, so the driver is already in position when you land — name board in the arrivals hall, luggage carried to the car, and the fixed fare unchanged whatever time you touch down.

Why Fixed-Fare to Heathrow

The airport run is exactly where surge hurts

Heathrow generates more demand spikes than anywhere else in Britain — every dawn departure wave, every delayed-flight arrivals surge, every strike day. That is precisely when metered apps cost the most and a fixed fare protects you most.

When five hundred travellers leave a terminal at once after a delayed long-haul, app prices climb at the very moment you are tired, jet-lagged and least inclined to haggle. A pre-booked chauffeur is immune to all of it: your driver is already waiting, the price was agreed days ago, and the car is yours alone. The same logic protects the 4 a.m. departure — no night premium, no weekend loading, no bank-holiday surcharge, just the figure on your confirmation email.

For families and groups the case is stronger still. One vehicle carries everyone and the luggage together, the per-head cost falls below the train once two or more travel, and nobody is left wrestling cases through a station at either end. For business travellers the value is punctuality you can put in a diary: a chauffeur allocated at booking, tracked to your flight, and presented in a current Mercedes or BMW when the arrival itself is part of the impression.

Common Questions

Every Heathrow question, answered.

Do you cover all Heathrow terminals?+
Yes — Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, for both departures and arrivals. Tell us the terminal (or simply the flight number and we match it for you), and your chauffeur goes to the correct building. For arrivals, meet & greet takes place in that terminal's arrivals hall.
Is there a night surcharge for early-morning Heathrow flights?+
No. Rushxo applies zero night surcharge, zero early-morning premium and zero weekend or bank-holiday loading. A 03:00 collection is charged exactly the same as a 15:00 collection — the single most common reason corporate clients move to a fixed-fare chauffeur over Uber or Bolt.
What does meet & greet at Heathrow include?+
Your chauffeur enters the terminal and waits inside arrivals holding a personalised name board at your terminal's meeting point. Sixty minutes of complimentary waiting from wheels-down is included, the flight is tracked from its origin, and the chauffeur assists with luggage from the hall to the vehicle.
How early should I leave for a Heathrow departure?+
For short-haul, depart central London 3 hours 30 minutes before the scheduled time; for long-haul, allow 4 hours; add 30 minutes during peak periods or known M4 disruption. Tell us the flight and we set the pickup time backwards from check-in close, with the margin built in.
Can I get a minibus or 8-seater to Heathrow?+
Yes — the 6-seat people carrier, 7-seat (8-seater) and 8-seat (9-seater) minibuses are all available 24/7 to every terminal at a fixed fare. For groups of five or more, one minibus is more economical than two saloons and keeps everyone together with the luggage.
Do you go from Heathrow to the London rail termini and beyond?+
Yes — see the connections above for fixed-fare Heathrow links to Paddington, Victoria, King's Cross & St Pancras, Euston and Waterloo, plus Wembley, the Emirates, Tottenham, Twickenham, the O2 and ExCeL, and the Southampton, Dover, Portsmouth, Tilbury and Harwich cruise ports.
